Format Columns
1. Select the
headline. Let’s format that to be Times New Roman, 26 point, Bold and
Centered using the Formatting toolbar. Now, I want to format the rest of
the story into two columns. Place your cursor to the right of the first
word. When the cursor turns into a white headed arrow hold your mouse
button and scroll all the way to the bottom. Don’t worry, the mouse will
scroll to the bottom all by itself.
2. Go to Format on the menu bar, then select Columns.
