Organize Your Clip Art
What happens
to all of the pictures that you downloaded from the Design Gallery
website? Microsoft Office has a program called the Microsoft Clip
Organizer. This little database organizes your download collect by
category and keywords. For examples: the spiders will be in the Nature
collection. The Clip Organizer has a Search box, too. When you find the
picture you want, drag and drop it to your Word document.
