4. Many versions of Microsoft Office come with the
Microsoft Photo Editor. It is a simple tool for creating special
effects. In Office XP, Photo Editor can be found on the
Start menu in a folder called Microsoft Office Tools.
Start the Program Photo Editor.
After Photo Editor opens, go to Edit on the menu bar and click on
Paste as new image.
In Photo Editor, you can use the Effects menu to change
the texture and color of your photos.
