Insert and
Format a Picture
Let’s put our tiger on paper. Go to the menu bar and Insert a
Picture from File. Mama saved the Tiger photo
in the Samples folder.
First things first: place the picture to the back.
Microsoft Word can have several layers of text and graphics. This goes
back to how fliers and brochures were produced before computers. Each
element was pasted on a separate sheet to be made into negatives at the
printer.
Here, in Word you need to change the Layout. Click once
on the tiger picture to select it. Go to Format Picture, select
the Layout Tab and choose Behind Text.
