Collaboration

Microsoft Office was created for Workgroup Collaboration. In most businesses, a good idea is developed by many, many people. Word and Excel have tools for tracking the changes as a file makes the rounds of edits and corrections.

  • Open the sample Word document, Windows Deployment Text

  • When prompted, SAVE to My Documents

  • Go to My Documents and double click on Windows Deployment to open the document in Microsoft Word

Track Changes

  • Go to Tools ->Track Changes

  •  A new Reviewing toolbar will be displayed
